We offer a secret shopping service. This can be a one off, or regular visits. We deal with many different businesses such as restaurants, bars, cafes, retail premises and even tele services.
Before sending the secret shoppers, we agree on a list of tasks to complete, such as asking specific questions about a product, or receiving a certain service. Our mystery shoppers enter the premises and act as if they are normal customers. After the tasks have been completed, we feedback our experience to you.
