Workshop Overview

This workshop is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and tools needed to successfully apply for EU grants, specifically focusing on Erasmus+ KA220 and KA210. Led by experienced trainer Veronica Gelfgren, who has been actively involved in over 50 EU projects since 2008, this workshop covers the following key topics:

Understanding the prerequisites before applying for a grant.

  • Obtaining your PIC (Participant Identification Code).
  • Obtaining your IOD number (The Organisation ID).
  • Navigating the EU database and required paperwork.
  • Completing the Partner Identification Form (PIF).
  • Exploring countries for potential partners.
  • Partnering in someone else’s project.
  • Overview of projects available in the next call for proposals (March 2024).
  • How to find suitable partners.
  • Basics of writing a grant proposal.
  • Budgeting for different grant amounts (30K, 60K, 120K, 250K, and 400K).

Requirements from the National Agency once your project is chosen.

Participants are required to bring their own laptops.

Participants will leave the workshop with all the necessary forms and templates needed to set up an account and apply for a grant.

Trainer Profile

Veronica Gelfgren has extensive experience, having participated in various EU projects since 2008, serving as both a coordinator and partner in Erasmus+, Justice, Grundtvig, TOI-Transfer of Innovation, NordPlus, and Interreg projects.
